Demo Update – Hull Damage System Adjustments and Tutorial Improvements
Hello, crew!
We’ve received valuable feedback pointing out that the ship’s hull damage system felt unclear and was negatively impacting the experience of planetary exploration — especially since the ship kept taking damage from space scrap while players were busy interacting with planets.
Although we already have a partial solution in mind (a skill called Quantum Shield Emitter, which will allow the ship to activate a force field as long as it has energy), this feature is intended only for the final version of the game, not the current demo.
So, as a temporary measure during this demo phase, we’ve decided to disable scrap collision damage to the ship. Your ship will no longer take damage from scrap until the full damage and defense systems are properly balanced and implemented.

We’ve also taken the opportunity to apply small improvements to the initial tutorial, making the learning process more intuitive and smoother for new players.
Huge thanks to everyone who has contributed with comments, suggestions, and constructive criticism. Captain Nobody and the Conquest of the Universe is evolving thanks to this dialogue, and your participation is essential to making the game even better.
Thanks for being part of this journey!
